Paver Block is a paving stone, tile, brick or brick-like piece of concrete commonly used as exterior flooring. In a factory, concrete pavers are made by pouring a mixture of concrete and some type of colouring agent into a mould of some shape and allowing to set. No actual adhesive or retaining method is used other than the weight of the paver itself except edging.
Standard paving blocks are manufactured as per IS 15658 – 2006 standards
Surface Preparation by the client: Laying surface for the paving blocks must be prepared by the client. The low level surface must be filled with good earth / gravel / sand with 95% of compaction.
Our Scope: Preparing the sand bed with available sand at site, compacting the sand, laying of interlocking paving blocks grouting the joints with sewed sand and final compaction with plate vibrator etc., complete.
