Fly ash bricks are hi-tech well-improved quality bricks used for construction of brick masonry structures.
Paver Block is a paving stone, tile, brick or brick-like piece of concrete commonly used as exterior flooring.
Concrete Solid blocks are made from cast concrete, e.g. Portland cement and aggregate, usually sand and fine gravel for high-density blocks.
Hollow Concrete Block have open or closed cavity and can be used in the construction of load-bearing and non-load bearing partition walls.
Curbstones are pre-cast concrete units of different uniform shapes and used for roadside, curb, edge-restraints.
Hollow Concrete Block have open or closed cavity and can be used in the construction of load-bearing and non-load bearing partition walls. Good concrete compacted by high pressure and vibration gives substantial strength to the block. Proper curing increase compressive strength of the blocks. Provide Thermal and sound insulation: The air in hollow of the block, does not allow outside heat or cold in the house. So it keeps house cool in summer and warm in winter.
Pre-cast Hollow blocks are manufactured as per IS 2185 (Part I -1979) standards.
All our machines are Egg Laying Hydraulic Compressor machines with which gives compressive strength from 3.5 N to 7.5 N / mm². We will add 20% of Fly-ash which compliments the strength of blocks as per the norms of IGBC (Indian Green Building concept).
Hollow blocks are referred by their nominal dimensions. The term nominal dimension includes the thickness of the mortar joint, actual dimensions, tolerance, sizes, shapes and webs, grade of block etc., and conform to IS – 2185 part I 1979 standards.
Concrete mix used for blocks are pre-designed for M10, M15 or M20 grade as per the specific requirements which gives it the required crushing strength. Concrete is mixed in the mechanical mixer to be molded, laid and compacted with automatic moving machine with egg laying type including ramming with attached vibrator.
Blocks will be cured in the natural curing yard by keeping them continuously moist for at least 15 days. After finishing curing, the blocks are dried for 15 days to gain strength.
Surface: Semi rough to receive plastering.
